Adrian in goal
Supercup final tonight and Adrian is deputising in goal tonight for Liverpool.

If this game goes to penalties I know who my money is on to score the winner.

He's always done that with back passes, he'd always wait until the last second when being closed down.

Good luck to him. His moment in the sunshine. I am sure he will enjoy it.

But he still cheated and moved forward the fucking dirty Scouse cunt.

That was never a pen.

Liverpool fans spent all of last season saying that Salah had the right to go down at the slightest hint of contact

Immaterial. Still a rush of blood.

Re: Adrian in goal
Was a good yard off his line last night, can you imagine the outcry from the victims if they had CORRECTLY ordered a retake and they subsequently lost the shootout

Re: Adrian in goal
Pleased for him but giving away the penatlty was a typical Adrian rush of blood momemt, which is why he will never be top notch.

Well said lard I can’t imagine there’s a West Ham fan anywhere that isn’t pleased for him!

He’ll hopefully get chances in the cups as well

Good luck to him

Re: Adrian in goal
I wonder how long it will be before we start to get the stories in the press about the genius Klopp picking him off the scrapheap in a masterstroke and TRANSFORMING him into a good goalkeeper and giving him such a wonderful renaissance, and were West Ham fools to get rid of him....

Re: Adrian in goal
It's a wonderful story. Rightly dropped to replacement keeper behind Fab he opts to leave.
Fast forward 170 minutes between the sticks and he's a match winner with silverware with the European Champions

Its an epic achievement and I am very happy for him

Re: Adrian in goal
Really pleased for Adrian. Unbelievable that a couple of weeks ago he was looking at the scrapheap and now he is the number 1 at the European champions.

I fucking hate that lot but I'm so pleased for him, what a fucking turn around in fortune. Good luck to the lad.

Re: Adrian in goal
He plays for Liverpool, its the 11th commandment.. Rules that apply to everyone else shall not apply to the victims, so not to cause incessant whining

Re: Adrian in goal
At 32 he has a decision to make.
He left us as he wanted to be number 1 somewhere but he isnt good enough to be that at most Premier league clubs or top foreign teams.
His options are probably something like Turkey or a mediocre Spanish club on average money.
He is however a very good number 2 for a big club and could spend another 5 years playing about 20 first team games and maybe picking up some medals.

After all the PALAVER in the summer not sure why they there has been no comment about him making the winning penalty save while well off his line

He will cost them points when he plays.

However he is a lovely lad.

Re: Adrian in goal
Hate seeing him in a Liverpool top but glad he got his moment. Good on him, and good luck to him. One of the nicest blokes we've had in a West Ham shirt. He is still abit ropy, but thanks to that shite Tammy Abraham pen he is the hero.

Re: Adrian in goal
I watched him dive forward and acrobatically punch a ball with both hands that hardly cleared the area, which Fab would heve caught.

I like Adrian, but at that moment I thought thank fuck we have a calming presence in our goal now who doesn't cause panic with every cross.
